Furberg Banked Slalom 20-22 April 2017

Me har ope i Rindabotn og i Kalvavatni til helga. Barnetrekket og Hodlekveheisen har tatt sommarferie.

 Welcome to the 2nd edition of the "Furberg Banked Slalom". It will take place at Sogndal Skisenter April 22nd, 2017.

We believe that the Norwegian snowboard community needs a happening for everyone. An event for riders with different style, background and age. The 2016 had the full range of participants, from former snowboardcross world champion Helene Olafsen to skiers who wiped the dust from their 15 year old snowboards.

Preliminary Program

Friday April 21st - Course inspection and practice at Sogndal Skisenter 10:00-16:00. Demo of Furberg Snowboards.

Saturday April 22nd - Competition day. The Rindabotn lift at Sogndal Skisenter opens at 10:00. You can sign up and get your bib at the bottom of the lift. Competition starts at 11:00. Course inspection before 11:00. 2 runs and best result counts. There will be a kicker right after the finish line, if you want to please the crowd. Best lady, best gentleman and most stylish air will be awarded with trophies and Furberg sticks.

Prize ceremony and party at Uteplassen 21:00.
